JOSH KAUFMAN BIO

In 2014, Josh was the winner of season 6 of NBC’s The Voice. Highlights of his musical career since then include appearing as a guest vocalist with The Roots on The Tonight Show starring Jimmy Fallon, making his Broadway debut as the lead in the Tony Award-winning revival of Stephen Schwartz’s Pippin, headlining the Indy Jazz Fest, hosting Yuletide Celebration with Maestro Jack Everly and the Indianapolis Symphony Orchestra, and releasing a six song EP and a full album (both co-written and produced by LA-based singer/songwriter/producer, Bleu), as well as several self-produced singles.

In spite of his great love of music, success in that arena has never been enough for him because he knows that he is also called to teach and share the Gospel. With an educational background in philosophy, Josh enjoys digging into the hard questions of theology, spirituality, faith, and morality. And writing, speaking, and discussing are just as important to him as singing.

With all of that in mind, it is easy to see why Josh is incredibly excited about this RE·VISION project. It is the perfect blend of music and artistry with teaching and ministry. He is so grateful that God has led him to this place and can’t wait to see what’s in store...
